A month or so ago, Scott and I were out
antiquing and going through a suitcase phase. I found this suitcase for $12 and had to have it. It was larger than most
suitcase we were finding and thought it might work for a
coffee table. We just cleaned it up some and added some wooden legs from a hardware store and it works
perfect!

What a great idea! It looks great! Did you have to reinforce the bottom any? Thanks so much for sharing at Transformed Tuesday. Hugs, Peggy
ReplyDeleteWe did place a board on the inside of the suitcase and drilled the screws for the legs into that. The suitcase is pretty sturdy but wanted to make sure we didn't damage it by not having that support.
DeleteThanks for visiting!
